Notifying us of hazards (e.g., asbestos, mold, structural issues, electrical/plumbing concerns)

3) Deposits, Payments, and Fees

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

A deposit may be required to schedule and/or order materials.

Final payment is due according to the agreed payment schedule.

Late payments may result in paused work, rescheduling, and/or additional fees where permitted by law.

4) Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled based on availability.

If you cancel after materials are ordered or custom work begins, you may be responsible for restocking fees, custom material costs, and labor already performed.

5) Product Lead Times and Change Orders

Many cabinet/flooring materials have manufacturer lead times that can change.

Any changes after approval (design changes, product swaps, scope changes) may require a change order and may affect price and timeline.

6) Warranties and Disclaimers

We may provide workmanship warranties as stated in your service agreement or invoice. Manufacturer warranties may apply to products and are controlled by the manufacturer.
