Estimates are based on information available at the time and may change following an on-site visit or product selection. Timelines are estimates only and may be impacted by product lead times, subcontractor availability, permitting, material availability, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Customers must provide reasonable access to the property for measurements, consultations, and installation. You are responsible for ensuring work areas are safe, securing pets and valuables, and notifying us of any known hazards (including but not limited to asbestos, mold, or structural issues) prior to work beginning.
Deposits may be required to schedule work or order materials. Final payment is due per the schedule agreed upon at the time of booking. Late payments may result in paused work, rescheduling, and/or additional fees where permitted by law.
Appointments may be rescheduled based on availability. Cancellations after materials have been ordered or custom work has begun may result in restocking fees, material costs, and/or labor charges.
Cabinet and flooring materials often have manufacturer lead times outside our control. Any changes after approval (design changes, product swaps, scope changes) may require a change order and may affect price and timeline.
Workmanship warranties, if any, will be stated in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to products per their terms. Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as resale value increases or precise timeline completion.
Island Kitchens and Baths, LLC (DBA Island Cabinets and Floors) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website. Our total liability will not exceed the amounts paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
